Our Quality Control Ability

In order to ensure the quality, we have been focusing on the ISO9000 system for the establishment of xinspower quality system,from the quality of personnel training, culture and establishment of quality standard, we spend a lot of time and effort,aim to provide better quality products to our partners;

1.EMC conduction tester
(verify that the EMC of the power supply meets the requirements of the laws and regulations), (reliability test room)
2.Automatic test system (function + high-pot test, two in one)
3.LMXOR test system (used for finished product testing)
All the power adapter details are imported into the system to ensure that the products are shipped to meet the stringent requirements of the guests. (from PCBA, aging, after aging, QA and so on are fully automated test systems, to further ensure the consistency and reliability of the quality).
4.Constant temperature and constant humidity instrument
QA will unregularly check the finished products to verify the reliability of the products at high temperature, humidity, high humidity or low temperature.
5.Electronic Aging House (The equipment in QAroom )
QA needs each batch of goods to check the product's aging test to verify the reliability of the product.
6.ROHS tester (reliability test room)
IQC, QA is required to meet the customer's requirements for each batch of sampling materials, process or finished products.
